Audited the existing ad account. Found zero pixel setup, no conversion events, and no campaign objective aligned to purchases. Rebuilt the account from scratch: installed pixel, set up standard events, and configured a purchase-objective campaign with proper campaign budget optimization.
Phase 2 — Creative & Audience Build
Wrote 6 ad creatives — 3 video scripts and 3 static hooks — all built around the brand's top-selling products and buyer pain points. Tested 4 audience sets: broad Nigerian women, interest stacks, 3% LAL from page engagers, and a retargeting set for profile visitors. Each ad used a direct response hook, clear offer, and urgency CTA.
Phase 3 — Optimize & Scale
After week 1, cut 2 underperforming ad sets. Doubled budget on the LAL and retargeting audiences. Tested 2 new creatives based on the winning hook style. By week 3, ROAS stabilized at 3x. Introduced a post-purchase email sequence to increase LTV from the same ad spend.
